EISA member Mercer Hole have developed a great new tool to help small businesses and entrepreneurs assess whether their business will qualify for EIS relief prior to submitting an application to HMRC.
The flowchart guides a business through the rules and qualification process and will businesses assess their chances of success. The flowchart doesn’t replace professional advice but is a good starting point for understanding the process
