EISA committees

EISA is run by a Board of Directors.  Lord Flight is the Chairman.

EISA Committees – all comprise at least one board member and a small team with relevant technical expertise:

• Tax & Technical Committee – responsible for consultation on technical issues, in particular regarding the rules of the Scheme and a key participant in discussions on proposed changes or new legislation with HM Treasury and HMRC.
• Regulatory & Legal Committee – responsible for legislative change and FCA/regulatory consultations where changes impact the EIS/SEIS.
• Research, Education & Marketing Committee – responsible for EISA’s engagement with the financial planning and wealth management sectors.
• Membership & Events Committee – responsible for member events and outreach to attract new members, including seminars in the regions.
• Green Shoots Committee – organises a membership group for young professionals involved in EIS/SEIS.
• HMRC Digitalisation Committee – responsible for working with HMRC on digitising the EIS and SEIS processes.
