Emma Brown heads up the Tax Advisory team at Wilson Wright and has vast expertise in the SEIS and EIS space, helping both start up and mature business achieve EIS qualifying status. We help businesses structure their affairs in an S/EIS friendly manner and continue to support them through their 3 year qualifying period and beyond.
