👤 Jeffrey Faustin, Jenson Ventures
Jeffrey Faustin is Managing Partner and Chief Investment Officer at Jenson Ventures, bringing over a decade of experience in venture capital. As CIO, Jeffrey leads Jenson’s investment strategy, overseeing the entire investment lifecycle—from deal sourcing and due diligence to structuring, negotiation, and execution. His hands-on approach ensures a rigorous and strategic deployment of capital, supporting both investors and founders in achieving long-term success. Throughout his career, Jeffrey has worked with more than 140 early-stage, high-growth technology companies across diverse sectors. He plays a pivotal role in guiding management teams, shaping business strategies, and providing board-level advisory support to drive sustainable growth and scalability.
👤 Declan McEvilly, OnePlanetCapital
Declan is responsible for managing the new and existing relationships with financial advisers, intermediaries & investors. Prior to OnePlanetCapital, Declan spent six years working in the tax-efficient investment space, with a focus on distribution & product development. His previous roles included working at Foresight Group, a large established company in the sector, as well as Kin Capital helping newer funds to the market with strategy and distribution.
👤 Brian Moretta, Hardman & Co
Brian Moretta is the Head of Tax-Advantaged Research at Hardman & Co, and also covers Financials stocks and Investment Funds. Brian has had a 25-year career in Financial Services, including more than a decade as a fund manager. He specialised in analysing Financial Services companies at SVM Asset Management, as well as managing two traded endowment funds and an equity fund, and working on hedge funds. In addition to his role with Hardman & Co, Brian is an Honorary Fellow at Heriot-Watt University, where he has lectured on actuarial science and financial economics. He has also been an examiner for the Faculty & Institute of Actuaries, and been on the Bankers without Borders Financial Modelling Reserve Corp. Brian joined Hardman & Co in February 2013. He holds a PhD in Applied Probability and a BSc in Actuarial Maths and Statistics from Heriot-Watt University.
👤 Christiana Stewart-Lockhart, EIS Association
Christiana is Director General of the EIS Association (EISA), the trade body for the EIS and SEIS ecosystem. EISA has more than 400 members including entrepreneurs, advisers and investors using the schemes. She previously spent more than a decade working in Westminster and holds a BA in Politics from the University of York. She is a member of TISA’s Financial Education Council and sits on the Advisory Board for the APPG for Entrepreneurship.
