They have particular experience of acting for companies raising funds: not only in terms of guiding them through the investment process, but also in resolving problems which may have arisen in earlier rounds, and also act for EIS funds, investor syndicates and individual investors.

The commercial team provide a commercial and value for money approach, assisting their clients in negotiating commercial contracts and dealing with data protection, intellectual property, compliance and other legal issues.
