Rebecca leads the team in relation to our Enterprise Investment Scheme and Seed Enterprise Investment Scheme offering, and our involvement often includes advising on the SEIS/EIS status of companies, tax structuring of fund-raisings under the schemes, through to obtaining advance assurance from HMRC and assisting with SEIS/EIS/tax compliance going forward.  In addition, she can link in with our financial planning team to assist with identifying potential investors.
