These services are informed by Thompson Taraz’s work as a regulated operator and Manager of UK funds for more than a decade. Through the extended group Woodside can also offer registrar, company secretarial, accounting and tax services, and provides an efficient EIS administration service, submitting EIS1/SEIS1 applications and issuing EIS3/SEIS3 forms to investors.
