We are delighted to announce the EIS Association’s new learning & development partnership with Intelligent Partnership, forged to better serve the educational needs of advisers and our members, promote the professionalism of the industry and help the EIS reach a wider audience.
Intelligent Partnership have been promoting EIS and SEIS for a number of years through their CPD accredited publications, weekly briefings and events, as well as flying the flag for the industry and showcasing the impact of the schemes through the Growth Investor Awards and 100 Stories campaign.
This partnership will see the replacement of the EISA diploma with a new online learning course on EIS & SEIS. The course is aimed at regulated advisers, paraplanners and other investment and industry professionals that require a recognised level of knowledge and understanding in this area.
The EIS course consists of 12 interactive e-learning modules, and qualifies for up to fours of CPD from the PFS, CII and CISI. Designed to suit all learning styles and promote ongoing professional development, learners get access to a suite of learner resources and learning aids – such as case studies, calculators, video tutorials and template documents. There are reflection slides to encourage real-world application, knowledge checks after each module and a final assessment to gain a ‘Certificate of Knowledge & Understanding in EIS”, part of the Tax & Estate Planning Accreditation.
The nature of this dynamic and online learning environment means the EIS course can be updated quickly and easily in line with any regulatory or policy changes, or feedback from learners or industry stakeholders.
The cost of the course is £195 including VAT, and the Certificate is valid for 12-months. EISA Members benefit from a 25% discount using discount code: eisamember and more details of the course can be found at https://intelligent-partnership.com/e-learning/eis-course/
